Rhythms of Grace – Weekly Devotional

EVER

Hebrews 12:27-28 TPT “Now this phrase “once and for all” clearly indicates the final removal of things that are shaking, that is, the old order, so only what is unshakable will remain. Since we are receiving our rights to an unshakable kingdom we should be extremely thankful and offer God the purest worship that delights his heart as we lay down our lives in absolute surrender, filled with awe.”

Revelation 11:15 NET  “Then the seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven saying: “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will reign for ever and ever.””

Before, there were blood sacrifices to atone fore our sins; until Jesus came to die for all mankind and save us from all our sins. Never again will another sacrifice ever have to be made for another sin, ever! Even until the end of the age. That’s a big ever!!

Now, when we take communion we do it with the understanding that when we partake of the elements we are reminding ourselves of the once and for all sacrifice that was made, ever! It was also a covenant that was made — unbreakable, unshakable. It cannot be removed or erased. So what we have is a sure word and agreement in blood. A covenant that Jesus would be…is our living hope and forever and ever!!

Everything we ever need is in Him. It’s just a matter of receiving it.

His covenant goes on and on. His blood cannot be washed away and the Hope within us is one that fills each day with Faith and Grace to keep going. Keep believing and keep speaking of the Favour we have in Christ. My friends keep going. Take the Favour, receive all the covenant gifts provided gifts for you:-

Or anything else we might ever need in Jesus name.
