Connection
MATTHEW 18:18-20 AMP “I assure you and most solemnly say to you, whatever you bind [forbid, declare to be improper and unlawful] on earth shall have [already] been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose [permit, declare lawful] on earth shall have [already] been loosed in heaven. “Again I say to you, that if two believers on earth agree [that is, are of one mind, in harmony] about anything that they ask [within the will of God], it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered in My name [meeting together as My followers], I am there among them.””
The power of agreement between two people on earth is one of the most powerful and binding agreements spiritually one can get.
So when two believers come together in prayer in the authority of the name of Jesus, they have an agreement that carries weight and credibility because Jesus said we can use His name! Right?
I don’t know about you but it’s always good to have an influential connection when we need a favour or help in certain areas. If you have a personal connection here on earth you can get things done, how much more knowing that Jesus is our Devine connection, whose name is recognised on earth, in heaven and even below the earth. How much more powerful do you get than that!?
So when the enemy tries to take something from you or harass you, bully you, you can bind his efforts and send him on his way. If you feel like he has you in a vice grip you can demand he to let’s go, in Jesus name, only believing that Jesus has done it, can do it and will do it for you and it shall be so.
He will do it for you because He loves you and He will not break His word to you.
As a believer this is acting on the word and doing what we believe He said we can do.
